IS THERE A POSSIBILITY OF EMBROIDERING A NAME AND A SURNAME, OR BOTH ON EACH BAG?/ON THE BAG?

Of course. Leave your child’s name (+/- surname) in the comments section of your order while specyfying the details of the purchase. We know by experience, that single name under the picture on the bag looks more aesthetic. Furthermore, the fact that the surname is visible for everyone, can be harmful to the safety of your child’s personal data. However, if you choose to put the surname on the front side of the bag, we won’t hesitate to fulfill your order.

WHERE EXACTLY THE CHILD’S NAME WILL BE EMBROIDERED?

The name of the child is usually placed above the bottom line of the bag. There is a possibility of embroidering elsewhere (higher or on the back of the bag). You can also change the colour of bag’s top part or/and strings Please let us know about all of the changes in the comment section of your order.

IS THERE A POSSIBILITY OF PICKING DIFFERENT COLOUR OF THE BAG’S TOP PART OR STRINGS INSTEAD OF THE ONE IN THE PICTURE?

Of course. We have a variety of finishing colours available for our products. Please, let us know about any changes in the comment section of your order.

CAN I FREELY CHOOSE AMONG YOUR APPLICATIONS TO EMBROIDER ON ANY OF YOUR PRODUCTS?

Yes. All of the applications in our shop’s gallery can be embroidered on any of our products (bags, towels, pillows, etc). This way you can freely create a set of your own.

WHAT KIND OF MATERIALS ARE USED TO MANUFACTURE YOUR PRODUCTS?

All of our products are made from natural fabrics, such as wool and cotton. Our products do not cause any allergic reactions.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE DELIVERY OF YOUR PRODUCTS?

The order’s execution time is 4 days maximum from the date we receive the payment. From August to September, the preparation of the product may be prolonged to 10 working days. Ready product is passed to the courier, who should deliver your order to the indicated adress within two following days.

ARE EMIKO ACCESSORIES SUITABLE FOR THE WASHING MASHINE?

Yes. Our products are hard - wearing and maintain their original appearance after washing.

ARE APPLICATIONS STICKED TO THE BAG?

No. Our applications are embroidered directly on the material. They are very durable and beautifully presented. In addition, their texture gives sensory features.

CAN I RETURN THE PRODUCT?

Yes. Please submit your complaint by e-mail. It’s enough to inform us in advance Just write to us and send us the product at the our cost.
